WHAT: Frigo Patient Rewards Hub is a program designed specifically for Frigo Orthodontics' patients as a way for us to show our patients how much we appreciate and enjoy working with them, and an opportunity for our patients to earn points toward GREAT PRIZES like gift cards to Target, Game Stop, Starbucks, Aeropostale and MANY MORE of your favorite places!

• Refer a friend or family member = 250 points ($25)
• When that friend or family member starts treatment with us you receive an extra 100 points (totaling $35)!
• Nothing loose or broken, good hygiene, complete a SUCCESS for teens task is anywhere between 2-5 points

WHEN: Get a card and become a member 2 easy ways!
1. Come to our office on Wednesday, October 30 from 3-5 p.m. and we will activate it for you in just seconds. Also, wear your Halloween costume and get a treat!
2. Wait until your next appointment and your patient care manger will take care of it when they see you.
