Enable timely brushing!

We talked about the necessity of brushing within thirty minutes of eating or, drinking sugar-drinks, to prevent the formation of cavities. To help make that goal a reality, it helps to keep the toothbrush conveniently located where your ‘super-busy’ teen or adolescent can get easy access and will be more likely to follow-through with this simple rule! So put an extra toothbrush and tooth paste in the closest bathroom to the dining table to make it more accessible for your kids.
Also for you adults out there, this can help you as well, especially at work. It is imperative that you brush after eating lunch, so keep an extra toothbrush at the office to keep the dentist away, and also keep your co-workers happy after you have eaten that onion-laden lunch that has bad breath written all over it!
